The Operations Platform
The whole business on one record.
The Territory Platform wins the front door: the searches, the site, the inquiry saved before anyone is notified. Then the story breaks. The lead goes to whichever phone caught it. The quote lives in one salesperson’s head. The job is in dispatch, the invoice is in accounting, and the only place all of it meets is a spreadsheet somebody keeps for the owner.
The Operations Platform puts the whole business on one record. A lead, the quote it became, the job that followed, and the dollars it earned are one story, readable by the people who need it, without anyone retyping anything. It is for established operators who already run Territory, with a sales team, an office that is the bottleneck at nine at night, and systems they are not ready to leave.
Where the story breaks
Four places the same customer goes missing.
The lead
Goes to whichever phone or inbox caught it. Whoever picks up next has to ask the customer to start over.
The quote
Lives in one salesperson’s head, or one email thread. When it goes quiet, nobody is told.
The job
In dispatch, with the invoice in accounting. Neither knows which inquiry it came from.
The answer
Which search made money this quarter? The honest answer takes a week, and it is still a guess.
The record
Two ways to have it, and the choice is yours.
The record is the spine. Everything else attaches to it. Most operators start connected. Some grow into owned. Nothing built in the first is wasted on the move to the second.
Connected
Your existing system stays the system of record. We wire the front door, the agents, and the reporting into it, and build the reporting on top. Your people keep the screens they know. This is the usual start: nobody breaks from what they run today for a company they have known for ninety days. Its limit is honest too: the platform is only as good as your system’s connection.
Owned
We build the record: leads, quotes, outcomes, customers, and the history between them, built around how your people already sell. Dispatch and accounting stay where they are; we read from them to attach jobs and dollars. This is where an operator ends up once the connection has earned it, typically years in, not months. The front door, the agents, and the attribution carry over. Only the spine changes.
What it is made of
Four pillars, added one at a time.
The record and attribution
Every inquiry already has an ID, a channel, and its source. Operations adds the rest of the chain: who owns it, what was quoted, what was won, what was invoiced. Revenue by source becomes a report, not a project.
The agents
A quoting assistant that drafts the estimate from your price book. A specifications assistant that answers your team from your own documents. Dispatch triage that routes before anyone touches it. And voice, on a script you approve, only when you choose it. Each one has a person in the loop.
The portal
The customer’s side of the counter. Quotes and orders. Service history and every unit you have installed for them. Specs and drawings without a call. Service requests and scheduling that feed dispatch directly.
Reporting
Territory’s monthly report grows into the owner’s report: revenue by source, quote-to-win by person and by branch, response times by channel, what the agents handled and what they escalated.
How it lands
One capability at a time, each proven before the next.
1
The record
Connected unless you have chosen owned. Revenue by source is the proof, and it is the first thing built.
2
The agents
Quoting and specifications first, dispatch triage next, voice last and only when chosen. Each runs shadowed before it runs live.
3
The portal
Quotes, orders, and history first. Specs and scheduling once the assistant and the triage that feed them are live.
Nothing you rely on changes until you approve the switch. Additional branches or brands are added as further locations on the same record, each scoped as a phase of its own.
What we hold to
Four commitments, restated for this level.
Measurement is foundation first
Revenue by source is the first thing built, not the last. No report will look complete while it is not.
Your systems, on your terms
Connected mode reads. It writes only where you say so. Switching a connection off leaves your tools as they were.
The assistant types
Unless voice is chosen, scripted, and approved. Then it speaks on that script and nothing else, and every call is recorded and readable.
Everything is in your name
Domains, numbers, accounts, data, content, and in owned mode, the record itself.
The number
From ninety thousand, and what it buys.
The build
from $90,000
The base buys the connected-mode record and attribution, two agents, usually quoting and specifications, and the portal core.
What moves it up: voice, the owned-mode record, dispatch triage that writes into your system, the full portal, and each additional location. The monthly runs above Territory’s and is scoped with the build, because it carries the agents’ usage, the connections, and the reporting.
Nothing here is a quote: the first Operations engagement is scoped after Territory is live and the audit has read your systems.
